Vista Dome 

Vista Dome, Forest Route number 6S88, sits just north of Bass Lake in the Sierra National Forest Bass Lake Ranger District. This easy dirt trail leads to a peak overlooking the lake and distant mountains. 

Vista Dome can be reached via the Chepo Saddle area or from Beasore Road, using 6S40 to enter the area.

While not a technical trail, 4-wheel drive is recommended.

Dispersed camping is available at a handful of locations along this trail and the surrounding trails. Improved camping is available near by.
